💡 Ownership & Support SLA

Core Terms: 1. Proprietary deliverables (customized Dify configuration DSL, custom scripts) are 100% owned by the client upon final contract payment clearing.
2. Standard project builds include tech support ranging from 2 weeks to 1 year.

1. Service Scope

wolaizuo.com provides custom consulting and engineering services, including private AI Agent deployments, Dify workflow orchestration, corporate training packages, and results-based Agent-as-a-Service (AaaS) operations. Project cost estimates computed online are baseline references; final fees are defined in formal statement of work contracts.

2. Project Acceptance Milestones

For customized workflows, we implement a rigorous validation process:

Functional Auditing: Verifying in a staging container that pipelines run as intended without formatting errors.
Resource Handovers: Delivering Dify workflow JSON configurations, custom Docker compose setups, and python script codes.
Onboarding Training: Providing 1-2 hours of video walkthrough training for your non-technical team managers.

3. Code & Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon project signoff and complete clearing of fees:

100% intellectual property ownership of custom integration codes, prompt scripts, and specific workspace configs transfers to the client.
We retain no copyright claim over your specific custom derivative. You are free to modify or resell the build.
Underlying framework components (such as Dify, LangChain, or Ollama) continue to be governed by their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0).

4. Disclaimer and Support SLA

Large language models possess inherent factual accuracy limits ("hallucinations"). We do not warrant the continuous uptime of third-party APIs. We are not liable for business interruptions caused by model provider deprecations. Selected premium tiers receive guaranteed 12-hour technical ticket response SLAs.
